The Commissioner, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna.\n3. The Regional Deputy Director, Education, Darbhanga Division,\n   Darbhanga.\n4. The District Education Officer, Darbhanga.\n5. The Headmaster, M.K.P. Vidyapati High School, Laheria Sarai,\n   Darbhanga.\n                                               -------- Respondents\n                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       02.09.2011               Learned      counsel       for    the   State    has<\/p>\n<p>                     produced a copy of the order dated 27.8.2011<\/p>\n<p>                     issued    by      the    District      Education      Officer,<\/p>\n<p>                     Darbhanga to the Headmaster of the Vidyapati<\/p>\n<p>                     High School, Laheeria Sarai, instructing him<\/p>\n<p>                     to   make      payment     of    admissible         amount     of<\/p>\n<p>                     arrears of salary of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In    that    view    of    the    matter,       this<\/p>\n<p>                     Court    would      direct      the    District      Education<\/p>\n<p>                     Officer,         Darbhanga,      to     ensure      that      the<\/p>\n<p>                     payment of admitted amount of salary of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner for the period March, 1997 to May,<\/p>\n<p>                     1997 and August, 1997 to October, 1997 must<\/p>\n<p>                     be made within a period of three months from<\/p>\n<p>                     the date of receipt\/production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>                     this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event, the respondents would<\/p>\n<p>                     refuse payment of salary for the aforesaid<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      period or part thereof, they would be under<\/p>\n<p>      obligation to communicate the reason to the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner, which also must be done within<\/p>\n<p>      the same period of three months.<\/p>\n<p>              With the aforementioned observations<\/p>\n<p>      and direction, this application is disposed<\/p>\n<p>      of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                              (Mihir Kumar Jha, J.)<br \/>\nRsh\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Krishnadeo Sahu vs The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors on 2 September, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.5334 of 2007 Krishnadeo Sahu, son of late Dasrath Sah, resident of Village Basuki Bihari, P.S.
