No.18355 of 2011\n                                    Abdul Zabbar\n                                        Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   10.08.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                        learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                        behalf of informant Mr. Krishna Pd. Singh, Advocate,<\/p>\n<p>                        vehemently opposes the prayer of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner is alleged for setting his wife on fire.<\/p>\n<p>                        Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that it was<\/p>\n<p>                        an accident only. Husband made his every effort to save his<\/p>\n<p>                        wife from the fire and in that course he (husband) sustained<\/p>\n<p>                        some burn injuries also, at the same time, wife was taken to<\/p>\n<p>                        hospital by the petitioner (husband). Informant is there to<\/p>\n<p>                        state that deceased told him that she was set on fire by the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner while witnesses in Paragraph-15 and 16 including<\/p>\n<p>                        doctor attended the deceased, in Paragraph-18 state that<\/p>\n<p>                        deceased was saying that she was victim of accidental fire.<\/p>\n<p>                        Burn injury is found on hand and chest of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                        stated by informant, in Paragraph-6 and Paragraph-11 of the<\/p>\n<p>                        case diary is to the effect that he (petitioner) was arrested<\/p>\n<p>                        from the hospital. Charge sheet is submitted for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                        under Section 306 of the I.P.C. Petitioner remained in<\/p>\n<p>                        custody since 02.4.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                        released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of Sri M. Kumar, Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>         Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P. S.
