Members, I am sure the entire House would like to join me in congratulating Major Rajyawardhan Singh Rathore for his remarkable achievement of winning the silver medal in the Double Trap Shooting event at the Athens Olympics. It is for the first time that an Indian has won a Silver Medal in Olympics in individual event in independent India. He has done the country and its Armed Forces proud. I am confident that this achievement will spur the Indian Olympic Contingent to scale new heights and bring laurels to the country.
