COLLEGE, MUZAFFARPUR.\n                                                ---Respondents\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   5.7.2010                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                respondent-University as well as the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The grievance of the petitioner is that upon her<\/p>\n<p>                superannuation on 31st of December, 2004 from the post of University<\/p>\n<p>                Professor in the Department of Political Science, M.D.D.M. College,<\/p>\n<p>                Muzaffarpur, her pensionary benefits have not been revised and paid<\/p>\n<p>                consequent upon the implementation of the U.G.C. pay scale despite<\/p>\n<p>                representation, as contained in Annexure 1.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-\n<\/p>\n<p>                University submits that the claims of the petitioner as mentioned in<\/p>\n<p>                her representation is not clear to enable consideration.<\/p>\n<p>                                In the above circumstances, the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the unpaid claims as<\/p>\n<p>                highlighted in this writ application, the petitioner proposes to file a<\/p>\n<p>                fresh representation before the Registrar of B.R.A. Bihar University,<\/p>\n<p>                Muzaffarpur (respondent no.4). In case such a representation is filed<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      stating distinctly all his unpaid claims as also enclosing the copy of<\/p>\n<p>      the relevant documents, if any, in support of such claims along with<\/p>\n<p>      the certified copy of the present order within a period of four weeks,<\/p>\n<p>      the grievances of the petitioner as raised in her representation be<\/p>\n<p>      considered in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a<\/p>\n<p>      period of four months on receipt of such representation, so that the<\/p>\n<p>      grievances of the petitioner may be settled and the admitted dues, if<\/p>\n<p>      any, may also be paid with interest permissible under the rules.<\/p>\n<p>      However, upon consideration, if any of the claims or any part of the<\/p>\n<p>      claims is found not admissible, the same shall be informed to the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner with the reasons thereof.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The writ application stands disposed of with the above<\/p>\n<p>      observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>PNM                            (Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Dr.Vaidehi Sharma vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 5 July, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.10124 of 2010 DR.
