The writ petition<\/p>\n<p>was filed aggrieved by Ext.P1 order passed by the District<\/p>\n<p>Educational Officer ordering recovery of salary for the period the<\/p>\n<p>writ petitioner worked as Lower Grade Hindi Teacher during<\/p>\n<p>1999-2000. The writ petition was disposed of apparently on the<\/p>\n<p>submission made by the learned Government Pleader that in view<\/p>\n<p>of the staff fixation and payment of salary nothing survived in the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition. But it is now brought to the notice of this court that<\/p>\n<p>the issue pertaining to the order passed by the District<\/p>\n<p>Educational Officer to recover the salary paid to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>during 1999-2000 still survives.
