College, Hilsa, District Nalanda.\n                                                                            ---------- Petitioner\n                                                     Versus\n                    The State Of Bihar.\n                                                                     -------- Opposite Party\n                                                 -----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   02.09.2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                         for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                         State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                         case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420<\/p>\n<p>                         of the Indian Penal Code, is solitary named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                         instituted on basis of Complaint Case No. 109C of 2009 in a dispute<\/p>\n<p>                         relating to part performance of the contract.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Submission is that one Title Suit bearing No. 56 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                         has also been filed by the complainant-informant and is pending in the<\/p>\n<p>                         court of Sub-Judge, Hilsa, District Nalanda.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                         the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                         weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                         furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                         sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>                         Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S.
