Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :11\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                              ----------------------------\n\n                      Bail Application No. 2331\/2007\n\n                             -----------------------------\n\n                     Dated this  11th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               The   petitioner,   who   is   the   accused   in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.205\/2005   of   Kottayi   Police   Station   for   offences   punishable<\/p>\n<p>under   Sections   452,   324,   427   and   506(i)   IPC,   seeks  anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.    Consequent on the non-appearance of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>C.C.No.234\/2006   on   the   file   of   the     J.F.C.M-II,   Palakkad,         non<\/p>\n<p>bailable   warrants   of   arrest   have   been   issued   against   him.     Such<\/p>\n<p>being the position, I am not inclined to nullify the process issued<\/p>\n<p>by a court of competent jurisdiction by granting anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>There is no reason why the petitioner should not surrender before<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate and seek regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         3.
