The CPIO vide his order of 27\/08\/2008 provided points wise information covering<br \/>\nprevious eight years.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       Not being satisfied the applicant preferred appeal dated 07\/12\/2008 before the<br \/>\nFirst Appellate Authority who disposed of the matter vide his order of 18\/12\/2008 by<br \/>\nproviding additional information.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.       Not being satisfied by the above orders the applicant presented second appeal<br \/>\nbefore the Commission. The matter was heard today. Appellant was heard through video<br \/>\nconferencing. Respondent was present in person as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       Decision<\/p>\n<p>5.        After hearing both parties the Commission directs as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>Points (i) &#8211; (iii): Commission notes that information for a period of eight years has<br \/>\nalready been provided to the applicant. Respondent is directed to locate information for<br \/>\nthe period prior to 2000 and if available provide the same to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Point (iv): Respondent is directed to provide additional information if any along with<br \/>\ncopy of the rules.\n<\/p>\n<p> Point (v): Respondent is directed to provide additional information along with details.\n<\/p>\n<p>Point (vi): Commission observes that the information sought is not clear. Appellant is<br \/>\ndirected to provide clarification to the respondent who will then take action to provide the<br \/>\ninformation if available to the appellant as per the provisions of the RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
