Pleader\n\t\t\t\t\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.A.R.Palani Rajan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner and Mr.K.M.Vijaya Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for<br \/>\nhearing and disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner,<br \/>\ndated 10.11.2010, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with<br \/>\nlaw, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 10.11.2010, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the<br \/>\npetitioner, as well as to the other persons concerned, and pass appropriate<br \/>\norders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from<br \/>\nthe date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to<br \/>\nfurnish a copy of the representation, dated 10.11.2010, to the  respondent,<br \/>\nalong with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by<br \/>\nthis order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.<br \/>\n\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
