No.36170 of 2010\n                                   RAHUL RANJAN\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      13.01.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Torture for demand of dowry is the allegation.<\/p>\n<p>                     Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is<\/p>\n<p>                     other cause for the differences in between the wife and husband<\/p>\n<p>                     about complainant&#8217;s suffering from a disease to have suicidal<\/p>\n<p>                     tendency making which a ground Matrimonial Case No. 212 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                     is filed in the Family Court, Saran for divorce. Receiving its notice,<\/p>\n<p>                     this complaint case is lodged.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Complaint Case No. 3485 (c) of 2009 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Chapra (Saran) vide Tr. No. 2501 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr.
