In   the   light   of   the   facts   stated   in   the   review<\/p>\n<p>petition,   I   am   satisfied   that   the   judgment   under   review   is<\/p>\n<p>liable   to   be   recalled   as   far   as   the   petitioners   are<\/p>\n<p>concerned.  Review petition is allowed to that extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The   reliefs   prayed   for   by   the   petitioners   1   to   4<\/p>\n<p>and   7   have   become   infructuous.     Writ   petition   shall   stand<\/p>\n<p>dismissed   as   infructuous   as   far   as   the   above   petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are   concerned.
