No.209 of 2011\n                              PARAS CHOUDHARY &amp; ANR.\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n02\/   03.02.2011<\/pre>\n<p>             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                   P.P. for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioners seek their bail in connection with Dawath P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                   Case no.45\/2010 registered under section 307 and other minor<\/p>\n<p>                   sections of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Allegedly, petitioners and other accused assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant with Dagger, Lathi, Danta and other weapons. There is<\/p>\n<p>                   specific allegation against petitioner no.1 that he gave several dagger<\/p>\n<p>                   blows to the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The impugned order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge<\/p>\n<p>                   reveals that the doctor has found two injuries on the person of the<\/p>\n<p>                   injured and subsequently, injured was referred to PMCH on 10.6.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   from where he was discharged on 18.6.2010. The nature of the injury<\/p>\n<p>                   has not been mentioned in the impugned order dated 4.12.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                             Admittedly, there is no specific allegation of any overt-act<\/p>\n<p>                   against petitioner no.2. Accordingly, petitioner no.2, namely, Chandan<\/p>\n<p>                   Kamkar is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dawath<\/p>\n<p>                   P.S. Case no. 45 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub<\/p>\n<p>                   divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.<\/p>\n<p>                             So far as the petitioner no.1,namely, Paras Choudhary is<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned, let carbon copy of the case diary of Dawath P.S.
