In support of the<br \/>\napplication, photographs of the under-construction house are<br \/>\nproduced.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP made available for perusal the jail remarks.  There is nothing<br \/>\nadverse against the applicant-convict.  He is released on temporary<br \/>\nbail for the first time by the aforesaid order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
