HALSI,\n                              DISTRICT-LAKHISARAI.\n                                               --PETITIONERS\n\n                                            Versus\n\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR         --OPP.PARTY\n\n2   23.09.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The five petitioners are named accused in the<\/p>\n<p>                 complaint case, being in-laws of the complainant, carry<\/p>\n<p>                 general allegation of demand of dowry and torture etc. There<\/p>\n<p>                 appears no medical support as regard to allegation of assault.<\/p>\n<p>                 The grievance appears mainly against non-petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>                 husband.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances,        the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four<\/p>\n<p>                 weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on each<\/p>\n<p>                 of them      furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial            Magistrate,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         Lakhisarai, in Complaint Case no. 360 C of 2008, subject to<\/p>\n<p>         the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>         Criminal Procedure, with additional condition that the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner no.2, being male member, shall remain present<\/p>\n<p>         before the court below on each and every date for two years<\/p>\n<p>         or   till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier.
