Considering the facts and circumstances, out<br \/>\n\tof the amount which may be deposited, the original claimants shall<br \/>\n\tbe permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount and the remaining 50% of<br \/>\n\tthe amount shall be invested by the Reference Court in the Fixed<br \/>\n\tDeposit Receipt initially for a period of 3 years and such<br \/>\n\tinvestment shall be renewed from time to time until the appeals are<br \/>\n\tfinally disposed of. The original FDRs shall be retained by the<br \/>\n\tnazir of the Reference Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>Applications<br \/>\n\tallowed to the aforesaid extent.
