Learned advocate<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the applicants is absent even today.  Even<br \/>\notherwise it is reported that the main special civil application<br \/>\nNo.1557\/1996 is already dismissed by the learned Single Judge (Coram:<br \/>\nK.S. Jhaveri, J.) by judgment and order dated 13.10.2010.  Hence, as<br \/>\nsuch no further order is required to be passed as the present<br \/>\napplication has become infructuous.
