Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :25\/10\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                             J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                              --------------\n\n                           B.A. 6164\/2006\n\n                            ------------------\n\n        DATED THIS THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006\n\n\n\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   petitioners,   accused   1   to   6,   are   facing   the<\/p>\n<p>accusation for the offence punishable under Sections   395 IPC,<\/p>\n<p>as   they   had     dispossessed     the   vehicle,   owned   by   the<\/p>\n<p>complainant,     and   also   caused   him   injuries   on   5.10.2006.<\/p>\n<p>Hence this  application,  under Section 438 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>        2.    After hearing both sides, I  direct  the  petitioners  to<\/p>\n<p>surrender   before   the   Investigating   Officer   on   31.10.2006<\/p>\n<p>between   9.30   a.m   and   10.00   a.m.,   and   thereafter,   produce<\/p>\n<p>them before the Court below, on the same day itself.<\/p>\n<p>        3.
