M. Yadav and the other<br \/>\nby Shri Purushottam Yadav and this dispute, between the parties,<br \/>\nis pending adjudication before the Registrar, Firms and Societies,<br \/>\nVindhyachal Bhavan, Bhopal.\n<\/p>\n<p>        In such circumstances, the petitioner prays for a direction to<br \/>\nrespondent nos.1 &amp; 2 to decide the issue pending before the<br \/>\nauthorities at an early date so that the Association can function<br \/>\nproperly.\n<\/p>\n<p>        In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with<br \/>\na direction to respondent nos.1 &amp; 2 to take a decision in the matter<br \/>\npending before them as expeditiously as possible in accordance<br \/>\nwith law. To enable the respondent authorities to do so, a copy of<br \/>\nthe order passed today alongwith a copy of the petition be<br \/>\nfurnished on the authorities by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.<br \/>\n        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   ( R.
