ISHAKCHAK, DISTRICT\n                 BHAGALPUR.\n                                          Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR &amp; ORS\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   20\/09\/2010             No relief can be granted to the petitioner in view<\/p>\n<p>                  of the fact that the post of Village Lavel Worker has now<\/p>\n<p>                  been abolished after 73rd Amendment to the Constitution<\/p>\n<p>                  and the corresponding changes which have been brought<\/p>\n<p>                  about in the Panchayat Raj Act enacted by the State of<\/p>\n<p>                  Bihar.
