P. BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 13\/05\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P. P. BHATT)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by the applicant &#8211; convict through jail<br \/>\nseeking 30 days&#8217; Temporary Bail for the purpose of attending marriage<br \/>\nof his niece, which is scheduled on 15th May 2011.  In<br \/>\nsupport of the application, an Invitation Card is produced.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya waives service of<br \/>\nprocess of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor invited the attention of the Court Jail<br \/>\nRemarks.  The applicant &#8211; convict has enjoyed two Furloughs,<br \/>\none in the year 2008 and another in the year 2010 and every time, he<br \/>\nreported in jail in time. The applicant &#8211; convict has undergone<br \/>\nimprisonment of 05 years, 03 months and 02 days as on 10th<br \/>\nMay 2011.  Nothing adverse is noticed against the convict in the Jail<br \/>\nRemarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the application<br \/>\nis allowed.  The applicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on<br \/>\nTemporary Bail for a period of 15 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.1\tThe<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to communicate this order to the jail<br \/>\nauthorities by fax.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.2\tThe<br \/>\napplicant &#8211; convict shall surrender to the jail authorities on<br \/>\nexpiry of the Temporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.3\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
