No.1125 of 2011\n                               GOPAL YADAV\n                                     Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   10.02.2011                  All the above stated criminal miscellaneous<\/p>\n<p>                      cases are taken enbloc as the said petitions have arisen out of<\/p>\n<p>                      Balia P.S. Case No. 180 of 2010 registered under Sections 414,<\/p>\n<p>                      120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the<\/p>\n<p>                      Arms Act and accordingly, all the above stated petitions are<\/p>\n<p>                      being disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Allegedly, petitioners were caught along with<\/p>\n<p>                      625 cartridges and some arms licences and petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                      disclosed that they had purchased the said cartridges from<\/p>\n<p>                      Chapra Gun House.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 662 of 2011 was driver of the<\/p>\n<p>                      vehicle from which the aforesaid recovery was made and so far<\/p>\n<p>                      as the rest two petitioners are concerned, they are valid licence<\/p>\n<p>                      holders and they had purchased the cartridges from the above<\/p>\n<p>                      stated Chapra Gun House. He further submits that apart from<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioners some other persons had also purchased<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          cartridges from the above stated Chapra Gun House and while<\/p>\n<p>          all the aforesaid persons were returning to their home on two<\/p>\n<p>          vehicles the police intercepted the vehicle of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>          and lodged this case. He drew my attention towards Annexure-<\/p>\n<p>          2 to the Cr. Misc. No.1125 of 2011 and submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>          above said persons had filed a release petition before the Chief<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai for release of their cartridges as<\/p>\n<p>          well as licences in their favour.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Although, learned Public Prosecutor appearing<\/p>\n<p>          for the State opposed the prayer but considering the above<\/p>\n<p>          stated submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>          case above named petitioners are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>          bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand)<\/p>\n<p>          with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with above<\/p>\n<p>          stated Balia P.S.
