No.9553 of 2011\nBIRENDRA PRASAD CHOUDHARY SON OF SHEOPARSAN CHOUDHARY.\n                                                  ----------- PETITIONER\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2      25.03.2011                  Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                      case registered under Sections 420, 406, 407, 408 and<\/p>\n<p>                      120B of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is alleged that one Om Prakash Singh<\/p>\n<p>                      collected the money from the passengers for going to<\/p>\n<p>                      Ganga Sagar, but, subsequently, the money was<\/p>\n<p>                      misappropriated.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner<\/p>\n<p>                      of the bus and there was no contact between the<\/p>\n<p>                      passengers and the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                      named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>                      on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                      with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>             Rohtas (Sasaram) in connection with Sheosagar P.S.<\/p>\n<p>             Case No.   6\/2011, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>             down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                        (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Birendra Prasad Choudhary vs The State Of Bihar on 25 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
