On  deposit of the amount, the<br \/>\noriginal claimants, shall be permitted to withdraw 30% of the<br \/>\namount, as has been directed by the Tribunal of its award. The<br \/>\nTribunal concerned shall deposit the 70% balance amount in F.D.R. in<br \/>\nthe name of the Nazir with a nationalized Bank, initially for a<br \/>\nperiod of three years and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at<br \/>\na time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of<br \/>\nthe appeal.
