He has been given numerous inspections of the records and provided<br \/>\nhundreds of pages of photocopies. He complains that some of the pages have not been<br \/>\nprovided with the rubber stamps attesting the photocopies. The Appellant has been asked<br \/>\nwhether he would like to inspect any further records. He states he does not want any further<br \/>\ninspection of records and states he would be satisfied if the photocopies provided to him are<br \/>\ndully attested.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is disposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Appellant will take the photocopies to the office of the PIO on 30 March 2010 at<br \/>\n04.00PM and PIO will dully attest photocopies. The PIO is also directed to facilitate an<br \/>\ninspection of the payment file at the same time.
