Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :17\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         H.L.DATTU, C.J. &amp; K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n                            ----------------------------------------------\n                             W.P.(C).No.37294 of 2003-M\n                                -------------------------------------\n                         Dated this the 17th day of August, 2007.\n\n                                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>H.L.Dattu, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>               The writ petitioner is before this court, seeking the following reliefs:<\/p>\n<p>         &#8220;i). To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate order or direction<br \/>\n         to direct the Ist respondent to grant &#8220;Plus Two&#8221; to the petitioner&#8217;s school<br \/>\n         without any further delay, at least from 2004-05 onwards.<\/p>\n<p>         ii). To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate order or direction<br \/>\n         to direct the Ist respondent to pass final orders in the matter of grant of<br \/>\n         Plus Two to pass school, without any further delay.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>               (2). During the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have come<\/p>\n<p>out with a Government Order dated 13-06-2007. In the said order, the Government<\/p>\n<p>have prescribed certain conditions for grant of               Plus Two Schools in the existing<\/p>\n<p>schools. If, for any reason, the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he can file<\/p>\n<p>appropriate writ petition before this court.<\/p>\n<p>               (3). In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Liberty is<\/p>\n<p>reserved to the petitioner to question the correctness or otherwise of the order dated<\/p>\n<p>13-6-2007 issued by the State Government, if he so desires. The contentions of both<\/p>\n<p>the parties are kept open.\n<\/p>\n<p>               (4).
