KURIAKOSE, J.\n                ----------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 8892 of 2008\n                ----------------------------------\n          Dated this the 17th     day of March , 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The grievance, which is voiced by the petitioner, is that<\/p>\n<p>respondents 3 and 4 are        going ahead     with certain illegal<\/p>\n<p>constructions within the area of the first respondent Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>and that the Panchayat is not taking any action in spite of the<\/p>\n<p>submission of Ext.P1 compliant by the petitioner .<\/p>\n<p>      2. When this Writ Petition came up for admission, Sri.Shaj,<\/p>\n<p>Advocate, has taken notice      on behalf of the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat.    Sri.Shaj sought time for getting instructions, but,<\/p>\n<p>since Ext.P1 is pending before the first respondent Panchayat, I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to dispose of this writ petition issuing the following<\/p>\n<p>directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>      i). The Secretary of the first respondent Panchayat will take<\/p>\n<p>up Ext.P1 immediately, conduct local inspection with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and respondents 3 and 4, hear the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent and take an early decision.          If the local<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.8892\/2008                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>inspection reveals that the allegations of the petitioner are prima<\/p>\n<p>facie correct, the Secretary of the first respondent Panchayat will<\/p>\n<p>issue stop memo to respondents 3 and 4 so that further<\/p>\n<p>constructions are prevented.\n<\/p>\n<p>     ii). Final orders as directed above will be passed on Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>by the Secretary of the Panchayat at the earliest and at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within one month of receiving a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.<\/p>\n<p>                              PIUS C.
