The applicant has also sought for the<br \/>\n\tpermission to remove the grass and weeds from the land. The<br \/>\n\tapplicant has also sought for the permission to repair the depleted<br \/>\n\tand dangerous portions of the building and undertake other<br \/>\n\tmaintenance work like plastering, colouring, termite treatment etc. <\/p>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.Saurabh Amin,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing for the applicants and Ms.Gargi Vyas,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing for Singhi &amp; Company for the opponent<br \/>\n\tNo.3 and Mr.J.S.Yadav, learned advocate appearing for the Official<br \/>\n\tLiquidator.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAs per the terms of<br \/>\n\ttender documents the applicant is supposed to make payment of the<br \/>\n\tpurchase price within four months of the date of sanctioned of sale<br \/>\n\tin favour of the applicant. The first installment being 25% of the<br \/>\n\tsale consideration is already paid which is required to be paid<br \/>\n\twithin 30 days from the date of passing of order of confirmation of<br \/>\n\tsale. The remaining 75% of the sale consideration is to be paid on<br \/>\n\tor before 13.12.2010. The possession will have to be handed over to<br \/>\n\tthe auction purchaser only after making full payment of sale<br \/>\n\tconsideration. Since about 20 days are left for making full payment<br \/>\n\tof sale consideration no indulgence can be shown at this juncture<br \/>\n\tgranting any of the prayers made by the applicant in this<br \/>\n\tapplication.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis application is<br \/>\n\trejected without any order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p> \t\t\t(K.
