Sanjeev Kumar\n                                    ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   17.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Land was agreed to sell for which advance was also<\/p>\n<p>                  there but sale could not be executed. Land was pleged to the State<\/p>\n<p>                  Co-operative Bank but the same was not cleared. Executant of the<\/p>\n<p>                  deed is dead now and having similar allegation, co-accused, Gopal<\/p>\n<p>                  Chaudhari and Mantu Chaudhary are allowed bail by the Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                  Judge, while petitioners&#8217; prayer has been refused. Title Suit is<\/p>\n<p>                  pending to enforce the execution or for appropriate relief.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                  prayer of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                  from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection with Complaint Case No. 214C of 2009 above named<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                  10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        each to the satisfaction of J.M., Ist Class, Patna subject to the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
