NAYAGAON, DISTRICT<br \/>\n           BEGUSARAI.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                            &#8230;&#8230;.PETITIONERS<\/p>\n<p>                                              Versus<\/p>\n<p>           THE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                           &#8230;&#8230;.OPPOSITE PARTY<\/p>\n<p>02.         31.08.2010                  Heard learned counsel for the four petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                          Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                        Petitioners are named accused being family members of<\/p>\n<p>                          husband of the deceased daughter of the informant before whom prior<\/p>\n<p>                          to death the informant is said to have disclosed, what happened with<\/p>\n<p>                          her, soon before she was brought for treatment. This is a case of oral<\/p>\n<p>                          dying declaration; there is a direct allegation against the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                          and others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        In view of the above, it is not a fit case for the privilege of<\/p>\n<p>                          anticipatory bail.
