Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner     is    apprehending     her<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   420\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that under the &#8216;Mukhya<\/p>\n<p>                   Mantri   Kanya      Vivah    Yojna&#8217;,     the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   along    with     other     after     getting    the    cuts<\/p>\n<p>                   given the money to the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>                              Let the S.P., Nalanda, examine the<\/p>\n<p>                   role of the informant also as to how the<\/p>\n<p>                   money travelled to private persons instead<\/p>\n<p>                   of actual beneficiary and how the persons<\/p>\n<p>                   who are authorized to sanction and disburse<\/p>\n<p>                   are not responsible for the same. Hence, if<\/p>\n<p>                   possible supervise the matter personally.<\/p>\n<p>                              Let     the     petitioner      deposit      Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   25,000\/-        before    the    learned   court       below<\/p>\n<p>                   which will be invested in some fixed deposit<\/p>\n<p>                   scheme which will be subject to result of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              On    deposit    of   the    alleged    amount,<\/p>\n<p>                   let the petitioner, above named, be released<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        on bail in the event of arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>        before   the    learned     court   below    within       a<\/p>\n<p>        period   of     twelve      weeks   from     today    in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Ekangar Sarai Case No. 71 of<\/p>\n<p>        2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount   each    to   the     satisfaction      of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned A. C. J. M. Hilsa, Nalanda, subject<\/p>\n<p>        to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U.
