No.44600 of 2010\n                   RAM VINAY PANDEY, son of Late Radheshyam Pandey\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.01.2011          Heard    learned      counsel     for     the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner as well as learned P.P. for<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner    seeks     his    bail    in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Sikrahta P.S. Case No.46<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2010 registered under Sections 25(1-b)<\/p>\n<p>                 A\/26 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Allegedly,     two      country       made<\/p>\n<p>                 rifles were recovered from the house of<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner. The said rifles had been<\/p>\n<p>                 hiden beneath the earth.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The contention of learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner is that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 has falsely been implicated in this case<\/p>\n<p>                 at the instance of his enemies and he<\/p>\n<p>                 further     submits     that    even     if      the<\/p>\n<p>                 prosecution    story    assumed    to   be     true,<\/p>\n<p>                 then   also,   the    said   recovery   has     been<\/p>\n<p>                 made from joint house. He also submits<\/p>\n<p>                 that    petitioner      does    not     have     any<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Considering        the   submissions     as<\/p>\n<p>     well     as   period    of     detention    of    the<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner, particularly, keeping in mind<\/p>\n<p>     the    fact   that   the     petitioner    does   not<\/p>\n<p>     have any criminal antecedent, petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>     namely, Shiv Pujan Rai is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>     released on bail on furnishing bail bonds<\/p>\n<p>     of     Rs.10,000\/-(ten       thousand)     with   two<\/p>\n<p>     sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>     satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur<\/p>\n<p>     at Ara in connection with above stated<\/p>\n<p>     Sikrahta P.S.
