Though various<\/p>\n<p>averments are made in the writ petition and though several<\/p>\n<p>contentions are taken before us, the basic and the crucial<\/p>\n<p>grievance pertains to the transfer of the second petitioner<\/p>\n<p>from Kollam to Trivandrum as per Ext.P5. It is seen that the<\/p>\n<p>second petitioner himself has filed Ext.P6 before the Director<\/p>\n<p>of Survey and the Association has submitted Ext.P7 before<\/p>\n<p>the Minister for Revenue. The transfer essentially being an<\/p>\n<p>issue concerning an individual employee, it is only appropriate<\/p>\n<p>that the second petitioner submits a representation before the<\/p>\n<p>Government.    It will be open to the Association to pursue<\/p>\n<p>various other grievances before the Government or in<\/p>\n<p>appropriate proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Therefore, the writ appeal is disposed of as follows. In<\/p>\n<p>the event of the second petitioner filing an appropriate<\/p>\n<p>W.A.No.2225 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>representation before the first respondent within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>weeks from today,     the matter will be considered by the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent within another three weeks.
