The petitioners apprehend that<\/p>\n<p>they may be arrested by the police on the allegation that they have<\/p>\n<p>committed non-bailable offences. Notice was given to the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are not required to be arrested.                   There is no crime<\/p>\n<p>registered against them. In these circumstances, the apprehension of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners is without any basis, submits the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The submission of the learned Public Prosecutor are taken<\/p>\n<p>note of and recorded. It is now evident that the apprehension of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners is without any basis.             The learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>undertakes that if the petitioners were to be arrested on the<\/p>\n<p>allegations referred to in the bail application subsequently, the<\/p>\n<p>permission of this court shall be sought and obtained before any such<\/p>\n<p>attempt is made.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    These submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor are<\/p>\n<p>taken note of and recorded. It is evident that the application of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners is without any basis.
