Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :13\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                     P.N.RAVINDRAN, J.\n\n                  -------------------------------\n\n                   W.P.(C) No.28469 of 2008\n\n                  -------------------------------\n\n               Dated this the 13th October, 2008.\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>             This writ petition was filed apprehending petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>transfer from the Depot of Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation<\/p>\n<p>Limited at Mavelikara to Nedumkandam.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent has filed a statement dated 13.10.2008 and<\/p>\n<p>produced along with it a copy         of   the proceedings dated<\/p>\n<p>3.10.2008 issued by the Chairman and Managing Director of the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, whereby the<\/p>\n<p>order by passed him on 28.2.2007 transferring the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>Chengannur has been cancelled and she has been reposted to<\/p>\n<p>Mavelikara on compassionate grounds.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             3.   The learned counsel appearing for the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   submits that in this view of the matter, nothing<\/p>\n<p>survives to be adjudicated upon in this writ petition. Per contra,<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.28469 of 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sri.R.
