NO.  614  OF  2007\n\n                =================================\n\n                   Dated this the 13th day of April 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   revision   petitioner   stands   convicted   for   the   offence   under<\/p>\n<p>Section   138   of   the   Negotiable   Instruments   Act   and   sentenced,   as<\/p>\n<p>modified by the appellate court, to imprisonment till the rising of the<\/p>\n<p>court and and to pay a compensation of Rs.2,25,000\/- and in default<\/p>\n<p>to undergo simple imprisonment for 4 months.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   counsel   for   the   revision   petitioner   has   only   sought   for<\/p>\n<p>time to pay the amount of compensation.   In the circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>revision petitioner is granted six months time from today onwards  to<\/p>\n<p>pay the amount of compensation.  The revision petitioner shall appear<\/p>\n<p>before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Muvattupuzha on 15.10.2007 to<\/p>\n<p>receive sentence.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Crl.R.P is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               K.R.
