Ors.\n                             ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   14.9.2011               The Principal Secretary, P.H.E.D. and Joint Secretary,<\/p>\n<p>                P.H.E.D. i.e. opposite party nos. 2 and 3 are present in person.<\/p>\n<p>                Additional show cause has now been filed on their behalf bringing on<\/p>\n<p>                record notification no. 559 dated 2.9.2011 contained in Annexure-A<\/p>\n<p>                to both the show cause.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Though the Court is not happy with the wordings of the<\/p>\n<p>                notification, as pointed out by the petitioner but taking a holistic view<\/p>\n<p>                of the matter and taking into consideration that what was granted by<\/p>\n<p>                the Court earlier by virtue of the writ order has now been sanctioned<\/p>\n<p>                in favour of the petitioner, the matter is allowed to rest.<\/p>\n<p>                            In view of above the contempt application is dropped.<\/p>\n<p>                            The personal appearances of both the opposite parties are<\/p>\n<p>                hereby dispensed with directing them to be more careful in future in<\/p>\n<p>                matters of complying the High Court orders.<\/p>\n<p>                                                           (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.)<br \/>\n    RPS\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
