JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n\t\t\t\tDate\n: 20\/04\/2011 \n\n \n\n\t\t\t\tORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tWhen<br \/>\nthe matter is taken up today, Mr. Paresh Upadhyay, learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court, order<br \/>\ndated 24.03.2011, rendered in Letters Patent Appeal No.2986 of 2010<br \/>\nin Civil Application No.10773 of 2009 in Special Civil Application<br \/>\nNo.5797 of 2009 and cognate matters. After hearing the learned<br \/>\nadvocates for the respective parties, the Division Bench has issued<br \/>\nan interim order, the relevant extract of which is reproduced<br \/>\nhereinbelow:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;iv.\tTill<br \/>\n\tthe posts are filled up by regular appointment, the adhoc Lecturers<br \/>\n\tbe not disturbed.\n<\/p>\n<p>v.\tThose<br \/>\n\tadhoc Lecturers whose services have been terminated in view of the<br \/>\n\torder passed by the learned Single Judge, if there is no allegation<br \/>\n\tor departmental proceedings pending against them, they be<br \/>\n\taccommodated on adhoc basis in one or other equivalent standard<br \/>\n\tDegree\/Diploma Engineering College in any of the district of the<br \/>\n\tState, against the posts which are not yet been advertised. If there<br \/>\n\tis no post to accommodate, in that case, their services may be<br \/>\n\tterminated.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nState Government has not filed an affidavit-in-reply to the present<br \/>\npetition in which the challenge made by the petitioner is to the<br \/>\naction of the respondents authorities in terminating his services as<br \/>\nadhoc Lecturer (Production Engineering) L.E.
