No. 512\/2009 in W.P.(C) No. 2988\/2009\n                 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this the 29th day of June, 2009\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The learned Government Pleader submits that without prejudice the<\/p>\n<p>review petitioners&#8217; right to contest the writ petition on all available grounds,<\/p>\n<p>the review petitioners have implemented the order passed by this Court on<\/p>\n<p>27-2-2009 by paying salary and allowances to the petitioners and the party<\/p>\n<p>respondents in W.P.(C) No.2988 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>        In the light of the said submission, I am of the opinion that this<\/p>\n<p>review petition can be closed reserving liberty with the review petitioners to<\/p>\n<p>contest the writ petition on the merits. In the result, the review petition is<\/p>\n<p>closed reserving liberty with the review petitioners to contest the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition on all available grounds.
