SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            W.P.(C)Nos. 31926 &amp; 31982 of 2010\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 19th day of October, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners in these two writ petitions entered<\/p>\n<p>Government service after putting in prior military service.<\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of granting of higher grade, they want the<\/p>\n<p>military service also to be taken into account. According to<\/p>\n<p>them, they are so entitled to, in view of Exts.P7 to P9 and<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P11 to P13 judgments (in both writ petitions) of this<\/p>\n<p>court as also Ext.P10 order of the D.G.P. passed pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>those judgments.          In the above circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have filed Ext.P14 (in both writ petitions)<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 3rd respondent. The petitioners<\/p>\n<p>seek a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P14 representation (in both writ petitions) in<\/p>\n<p>the light of Exts.P7 to P9 judgments and Exts.P11 to P13<\/p>\n<p>judgments and Ext.P10 order passed pursuant to those<\/p>\n<p>judgments expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)Nos. 31926 &amp; 31982 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>these writ petitions with a direction to the 3rd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P14 representation (in both<\/p>\n<p>writ petitions) as expeditiously as possible, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this        judgment.     While passing orders, the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall consider the applicability of Exts.P7 to P9<\/p>\n<p>judgments and Exts.P11 to P13 judgments as also Ext.P10<\/p>\n<p>order to the facts of the petitioners&#8217; case.<\/p>\n<p>                                                 S.
