Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :04\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n   K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN &amp; ANTONY DOMINIC, JJ\n                       -------------------\n                     O.P. 11421\/2003\n                       --------------------\n            Dated this the 4th day of July, 2007\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>K.S.Radhakrishnan, J<\/p>\n<p>           Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a<\/p>\n<p>declaration that the petitioner and the members of her<\/p>\n<p>family are entitled to conduct the Surppampattu in the<\/p>\n<p>Ettumanoor Mahadeva Temple and also for a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the respondents not to conduct the auction of the right to<\/p>\n<p>conduct the Surppampattu in the Temple.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Heard the counsel appearing for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>As per Ext.P5 order dated              29.8.1995 by the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent,    petitioner     was        allowed to  conduct<\/p>\n<p>Surppampattu in the Temple. Counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>therefore submitted that there is no justification in<\/p>\n<p>inviting applications to conduct the auction of the right to<\/p>\n<p>conduct Surppampattu.
