It Ai&#8221;.~:__s&#8217;1:a_1;e\u00e9   was working in a garment<\/p>\n<p>factory.,~T11e   considczing the actual income of<\/p>\n<p> ins ae\u00e9\u00e9asea has  &#8216;1umpsum of Rs.1,50.000\/~, though it is<\/p>\n<p>\u00a7i:=;t\u00e9d   d\ufb01igeascd was Working in a garment factoxy and<\/p>\n<p>  was   years.\n<\/p>\n<p> AA   as negligence is concerned, a charge sheet is \ufb01led<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab   driver of the bus and further, than: is no other<br \/>\n   except oral evidence to prove the negligence. I am of the<\/p>\n<p>  Qpinion that, the \ufb01nding of the Tribuzttal on the question of<\/p>\n<p>negligence does not call for &#8216;mterference on the question of<\/p>\n<p>negligence.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. As far as quantum is concerned, only <\/p>\n<p>&#8216;granted without even considering the actual H  tfliee  <\/p>\n<p>deceased.
