Thanikachalam, J.  <\/p>\n<p> 1. The accused in C.C. No. 454\/2002 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Mayiladuthurai have filed this petition seeking direction for early disposal of the case, since the first petitioner is likely to retire by the end of this month and the second petitioner is unable to get his due promotion because of the pendency of the criminal case.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, I do feel a speedy disposal of the case is required, otherwise it will block the future of the accused petitioners.  In this view, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p> The petition is ordered accordingly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madras High Court S.
