Public Information Officer\n                                           Sadar Kanungo,\n                                           State Bank of India\n                                           Tiz Hazari, New Delhi.\n\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p> arising from the Complaint:\n<\/p>\n<p>        Mr. Shailender Singh had filed an RTI application with the PIO\/SDM, GNCTD,<br \/>\nDelhi, on 08\/02\/2010 asking for certain information. However on not having received<br \/>\nthe information within the mandated time, the Complainant filed a complaint under<br \/>\nSection 18 of the RTI Act with the Commission. On this basis, the Commission issued a<br \/>\nnotice to the PIO\/SDM, GNCTD, Delhi on 08\/04\/2010 with a direction to provide the<br \/>\ninformation to the Complainant and further sought an explanation for not furnishing the<br \/>\ninformation within the mandated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Subsequently, the Commission received a letter dated 13\/05\/2010 of the<br \/>\nPIO\/SDM, GNCTD, Delhi whereby the Commission was informed that the information<br \/>\nrelated to SDM(Hauz Khas) had been sent to the Complainant vide letter dated<br \/>\n12\/03\/2010, after which the RTI Application was transferred vide latter dated 30\/03\/2010<br \/>\nto PIO, Sadar Kanungo, SBI, Delhi. However, the RTI Application was transferred after a<br \/>\ndelay of a month.
