       seeking \u00a0 information \u00a0 against \u00a0 two \u00a0 points \u00a0 regarding \u00a0 admission \u00a0 of \u00a0 JAT \u00a0 candidates \u00a0 against \u00a0 OBC\u00a0<\/p>\n
       vacancies\u00a0\u00a0in\u00a02010\u00ad2011\u00a0including\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0and\u00a0addresses\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0OBC\u00a0candidates\u00a0who\u00a0had\u00a0qualified\u00a0<\/p>\n
       the\u00a0written\u00a0test\u00a0held\u00a0for\u00a0admission\u00a0but\u00a0could\u00a0not\u00a0get\u00a0berth\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0course\u00a0due\u00a0to\u00a0admission\u00a0of\u00a0two\u00a0JAT\u00a0<\/p>\n
       candidates.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Dr.R.N.Rai,\u00a0Director\u00a0replied\u00a0on\u00a029.11.10\u00a0providing\u00a0the\u00a0names\u00a0and\u00a0address\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0OBC\u00a0<\/p>\n
       candidates \u00a0 qualified \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 written\u00a0 test \u00a0 held\u00a0 for\u00a0 admission \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 ANM\u00a0 course\u00a0 2010\/2011. \u00a0 \u00a0 The\u00a0<\/p>\n
       Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0appeal\u00a0dt.6.12.10\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0while\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0asked\u00a0for\u00a0<\/p>\n

2.     During\u00a0 the\u00a0 hearing,\u00a0 the\u00a0 Respondents\u00a0stated\u00a0that\u00a0complete\u00a0information\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
       Appellant.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0however,\u00a0pointed\u00a0out\u00a0that\u00a0complete\u00a0information\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n
       him\u00a0since\u00a0the\u00a0names\u00a0of\u00a0some\u00a0of\u00a0 \u00a0the\u00a0OBC\u00a0candidates\u00a0are\u00a0missing\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0list\u00a0of\u00a08\u00a0candidates\u00a0<\/p>\n
       provided\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0PIO.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0contended\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0two\u00a0Jats\u00a0who\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0included\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0list\u00a0\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n

       should\u00a0be\u00a0removed\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0vacancies\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0filled\u00a0with\u00a0OBC\u00a0candidates.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n
       the\u00a0other\u00a0hand\u00a0maintained\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0their\u00a0understanding\u00a0and\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0documents\u00a0available\u00a0with\u00a0them\u00a0<\/p>\n
