In view of above<br \/>\nfacts and circumstances, the application is partly allowed.  The<br \/>\naccused-prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of ten days i.e. from 09\/10\/2011 to 19\/10\/2011, on his<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees five thousand only)<br \/>\nand with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authorities, on usual terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant-original accused shall surrender on 20\/10\/2011 before 5:30<br \/>\np.m. before the concerned jail authorities.  Rule is made absolute to<br \/>\nthe aforesaid extent.
