In spite of the above and representation made by the<br \/>\npetitioners their case is not considered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the respondents shall answer the grievance of the<br \/>\npetitioners and file reply on or before 13th October,<br \/>\n2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nreturnable on 13th October,<br \/>\n2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
