Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :25\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n               ------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C).NO.33495 OF 2006-K\n               ------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 25th day of September,           2007.\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondents 4 to 7<\/p>\n<p>to take a decision based on Ext.P6 request of the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>and communicate the decision to the 1st respondent.         It is now<\/p>\n<p>revealed from the counter affidavit filed by respondents 4 to 7 that<\/p>\n<p>based on Ext.P6,     various departments of the Government of India<\/p>\n<p>had made     certain observations and the same had been forwarded<\/p>\n<p>to the 1st respondent for clarification vide letter dated 5.4.2007.<\/p>\n<p>It is also stated that on receipt of the clarification from the State<\/p>\n<p>Government, necessary follow up action will be taken in consultation<\/p>\n<p>with the other departments concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    In view of the steps taken by the respondents, the order as<\/p>\n<p>sought for by the     writ petitioner  is unnecessary.
