Respondents\n                                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   05.04.2011                       Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri<\/p>\n<p>                        Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all<\/p>\n<p>                        the respondents\/Bihar State Electricity Board.<\/p>\n<p>                                     The writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct<\/p>\n<p>                        the respondents for granting family pension and other death-<\/p>\n<p>                        cum-retiral dues. At the time of hearing at Bar it was submitted<\/p>\n<p>                        by Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                        respondents\/Electricity Board, that during the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>                        writ petition all the grievances of the petitioner have already<\/p>\n<p>                        been redressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a<\/p>\n<p>                        position to dispute the statement. However, it was submitted by<\/p>\n<p>                        learned counsel for the petitioner, that if still some grievances<\/p>\n<p>                        exist, petitioner may be granted liberty to file representation<\/p>\n<p>                        before the competent authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     In view of the stand taken by the parties, there is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         no need to further keep the matter pending.<\/p>\n<p>                       The writ petition stands disposed of granting<\/p>\n<p>         liberty to the petitioner to file representation before respondent<\/p>\n<p>         no. 3\/ Secretary, Bihar State Electricity Board.
