No.32042 of 2011\n                                  Dharmendra Kumar\n                                           Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28.09.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The allegations are under Sections 379,<\/p>\n<p>                  406 and 420 of the Penal Code for having duped his<\/p>\n<p>                  own friend by misuse of the formers A.T.M. card.<\/p>\n<p>                  The petitioner has been identified in the C.C. T.V.<\/p>\n<p>                  installed at the A.T.M premises.      The allegation<\/p>\n<p>                  relates to Rs. 1,59,000\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                  that he has undergone one year and six months of<\/p>\n<p>                  custody. The petitioner is 20 years of age and has<\/p>\n<p>                  no antecedent. Exposing him to the rigours of being<\/p>\n<p>                  in custody may deny him the opportunity for self<\/p>\n<p>                  improvement.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Let the petitioner above named be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                  on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                  (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                  amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S. Case No. 145 of 2010 (G.R. No. 329 of 2010).<\/p>\n<p>                            Both the sureties must be his mother and<\/p>\n<p>                  father respectively whose photographs and proof of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           residence shall be appended to the bail bonds to be<\/p>\n<p>           verified through local police before final acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>           The petitioner is bound to remain physically present<\/p>\n<p>           on each date in the trial unless for specified reasons<\/p>\n<p>           the Court below in its discretion permits his<\/p>\n<p>           exemption on any particular date or dates.<\/p>\n<pre>P.
