JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI\n\n\nMr. Ram Singh Rathore, for petitioner.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tCounsel submits that the petitioner, while holding the post of Nurse Grade I, retired from service in January, 2002 but the benefit of third selection scale, which became admissible on completion of 27 years of service, has not been granted to him. He served notice for demand of justice, which was sent by the Office of Chief Medical and Health Officer, Ajmer vide letter dt. 16\/04\/2009 to the Medical officer, Community Health Center, Pushkar but no communication has been made to him in regard to the fate of his notice served and no reason has been assigned as to why his candidature is not considered for grant of third selection scale on completion of 27 years of service.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWithout going into the merits of the matter any further, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the petitioner to  submit a fresh representation. If such a representation is made to the competent authority, the same may be considered objectively and decided by a speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
